Had not slept for 3 weeks and what the emergency room gave me did not help. Jim got to the root of the problem, explained what I needed and what to expect in the coming weeks. He explained how workman’s compensation works and has an amazing bedside manner. Nothing worse than feeling like you are not heard. The staff was also amazing. Thank you Concentra.
