  Total Point Urgent Care truly deserves recognition for how professional and excellent they are. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, respectful, and organized. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was handled efficiently without feeling rushed. The medical team was outstanding knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. They listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. You can tell they genuinely care about people, not just the appointment. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the overall experience was calm and professional. If you’re looking for an urgent care that treats you with kindness, respect, and high-quality care, I highly recommend Total Point Urgent Care.   Amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Everyone made us feel comfortable, but I want to especially highlight Andrea at the front desk, she was unbelievably kind, attentive, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place.

  had an outstanding experience during my visit. I came in with a sore throat, and from the moment I walked through the door, the service was top tier. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and quick to get me checked in. The medical assistant was attentive, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable. A special thank-you to Nurse Practitioner Vivian Okorie — she provided exceptional care. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I left feeling confident about my treatment plan. Her kindness, professionalism, and expertise truly set her apart. If you are in the Allen, TX or DFW area, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Nurse Vivian Okorie. She is absolutely top tier, and the entire team delivers a level of care that goes above and beyond. I'm grateful for their service and will definitely return if l ever need urgent care again.
