However I just came again I had to get back to my store that I'm a gm at and the okder Latino lady purposely told me to have a seat and wait to be checked out. She had my paperwork right in front her. She was so rude I didn't even wait for my stuff and I had to leave. If his wasn't a worker comp situation I would never go back. Please work on ur cust service skills. I would never treat someone like they r trash as she treated me

The lobby was nasty and if it were not required by my employer I would go else where! They will use the posted signs to their advantage, you even get cross with them and they threaten to call the employer.
