  If you want check in problems. Come here. I went in on 10/6/25. My appt was at 1 so right after they come back from lunch break. I was the second person to walk in. My appt was at 1 and i walked in at 1:03. I checked in on the tablet they use to do check ins. By the time i got done it was 1:04. I went up to the front desk to ask for tooth paste to brush before getting called back. After that i sat down. 3 others walked in after me and every single person got called back before i did. I was wondering what was going on. I knew i had to pay for the treatment i was about to get. So i thought that was the reason i had to wait longer. I was the last person in the waiting room when i got called to the front desk at 1:39. I was told that “i couldn't get the treatment done since i checked in at 1:30 and they were running behind” i mentioned how I've been waiting for over 30 minutes. She said “yeah, we have to follow our policy of no more than 10 minutes late” i once again mentioned how I've been waiting for over 30 minutes. How i walked in at 1:03 and even described how the first lady in front of me looked like. She proceed to ask if i wanted to do just the fill in i needed thats all they could do since i came in late and can get scheduled for the day after to get the treatment i came in to get. I asked if they had any cameras they could check to see i wasn't lying about my arrival time and she said no and asked if i wanted todays treatment they could only do. I was HEATED. Never in my life i had to deal with anything like that. I missed work to go to the dentist and miss again the next day to get done what i had already came in to get. So miss two days of work and pay almost $400 for my treatment is crazy!!
