  Was super impressed the 1st visit... not so much after... Here's what happened - kids teeth pulled, temp retainer installed... temp retainer falls out, its reinstalled at no cost... falls out again, except this time im charged for it, and my super anxious kid comes out crying... when I asked why I was charged "because he messed with it".... conveniently, there's not documentation that states when it should be coded a certain way. Nor was there documentation stating how they knew he messed with it.. Adding that my child told me he was forcibly held down to have this retainer reinstalled. If I would have known ANY of this, I would have gone elsewhere. Really not impressed, considering we drive an hour too and from based on other people's experiences. Also note, the dentist was rude to the kids dad... which deters people from wanting to return.

  Campbell essence did an excellent job on my denture and I am really happy with my service and quality of care with all my visits to this dental office. I highly recommend Essence Campbell at Snodgrass-King dental you will not be disappointed!!!

  Amazing amazing amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Campbell. She made me feel so comfortable & I left with tears of joy. My teeth journey has been hard and I had dentist anxiety before coming here but i no longer have it. I will forever be a customer & recommend to anyone. Thank you Dr Campbell & team for my beautiful new smile!!

  I started last October of 2024 to the dentist office with the man dentist that told me I needed to have all my teeth pulled. He referred me to Hunter oral. They pulled every tooth (19)from that point on he asked me to wait 30 days after my teeth were pulled and when I went back there was a new dentist. He was no longer working there, she made several comments of how that was a mistake and I should have never pulled all my teeth, they made impressions and I came back in 30 days and they claimed that the lab made a mistake and They made impressions again. They came back in 45 days. They claim that the lab made a mistake again. She remeasured & send a complaint to the lab. Ask for them to hurry And instead of a hurry it was 2 months they claim they went on vacation and all kinds of mistakes happened. I stayed patient through all this. What choice did I have? They also then claimed that they were going through numerous of front desk Help and appointments were being scheduled wrong and we showed up three times to appointments that weren't even ours and they didn't even see us. They turned us away. Then the office manager. Her name was Allegra gave us their personal phone number and said this was all ridiculous of what we were going through. She wanted me to come back in. They would make new impressions and get it done right. This time I showed up they claimed they fired her and they didn't make new impressions. She adjusted them and when she did they're so thin they're going to break !Dr. Campbell continued to say she would make it right with us. She would never allow me to leave there without denture fitting. As of today one year later she still has not fixed my teeth and now is claiming that I miss three appointments with a new office manager that had no idea what was going on with all the mess & mistakes & slander me, blaming me & will no longer will see me said I got rude with their staff. Not like I didn't have a reason to get rude but never once was I rude. The good thing I have for everybody for proof is recorded, phone calls and pictures of everything. I was smart enough to video everything that she was saying as I was looking at my teeth not fitting in my mouth and she was standing there telling me she was promising. I'll fix it. All these people are frauds. I tried to call the insurance company and all I could do was make a complaint and now the insurance company has changed this year as of November 1st and there's nothing that anyone can do about it. I am just out teeth. Not only has my life been destroyed It is a horrible thing to have someone pull all your teeth when it wasn't needed and to be lied to and then not get dentures put back in and be charged over $4,000 for them. It has affecting my eating. It is affecting my self-esteem and it is also made my health acted up with my heart from the upsetness. I cannot believe that dentist are allowed to get away with such a thing and no one has stopped them yet. View the pictures carefully and you can tell it's a different set of dentures each time 3 sets by the color of the gums and the teeth size, the very first set that I don't have a picture of didn't even fit in my mouth but I didn't take a picture because I didn't think this was going to become such a big problem. Look close at the dentures you can see the different colors of the dentures and can see a white patch where she has grinded on them and there's a point. Most importantly in the video do you hear on my last appointment me being out of line or rude? I'm trying to accept anything just to get them to fit & She clearly tells me to take them home and try and that they'll call me back. They set appointments, I didn't. They didn't keep the appointments, blaming the lab. It wasn't me so they slandered & lied on me and said I got rude with them, Not only did they destroy my life by removing my teeth that didn't need to be removed and not replacing them with dentures that were clearly paid for. They have completely and utterly embarrassed me, lied on me and affected my health.Beware!

  Staff was nice but I had to go back twice for fillings, I can not floss due to the pain and I can’t chew on the right side of my mouth at all this is very unacceptable because the main dentist redone my fillings and I’m still in pain this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had!!! I am going to another dentist so they can hopefully fix this problem.
