I have attended group fitness places in the past that encouraged you to compete against others and go harder than them, which resulted in my being constantly injured. The workouts are great for anyone at any fitness level. It's also a great way to relieve stress!

We did have to buy wrist covers but to try out the class it was free. They said if we continue then we would need to buy boxing gloves.
