I used to be able to go back with my husband during his appointments. Apparently they have a "new policy" that doesn't allow me back there anymore. I'm his support person so I'm not sure why I can't go back there. I understand during private conversations but I don't understand when they're not having private conversations why I can't go back there. I'd like to see the policy where it states that I'm not allowed back there if my husband wants me back there.

I have previously had great experiences with PP. I'm in early menopause and even though everything I have found online states that they provide treatment for menopausal women I was turned away at my appointment. I have received treatment from a PP in WA that had no problem assisting me with this issue. They are openly providing misinformation and making the burden of that fall on their patients. I'm a member of the LGBT community so I'm not upset about providing gender affirming care for those that need it. However I am tired of falling into a void of being a woman who cannot child bear therefore no one cares about my health. Thanks for nothing! You wasted two weeks waiting and two hours of my time driving each way to let me know that my needs don't mean shit.

I’ve been coming to planned parenthood for years for all my female needs, and I can with confidence say I recommend anywhere else. I went for a pregnancy test and the only way I knew my result was because I overheard the tech explaining the results to her assistant. It was a surreal experience the way they so offhandedly said “oh by the way” as if the result wasn’t life altering. I wish I was told in a more professional way. From the receptionist to the doctors they all lack empathy, any consult you have with a doctor, they regurgitate the same information from their pamphlets. I understand their financial policies, but due to their rising costs and lack of empathy, you are better off going to an actual clinic, where the costs are now lower and the professionals actually treat you with compassion.

My friend just went in for STD testing and they turned her away. They are not women that support women and are most definitely part of THE problem. Get better staff that actually care about people. The service is actually disgusting and you guys should NOT be open if you don’t truly want to help people. Yes planned parenthood of Nashville! Keep up the spread of disease!!!

I just had an iud insertion and I felt safe and comfortable at their clinic the whole time. The staff were very patient and friendly. The wait times are long though so be prepared to wait even if you have an appointment.
