So many benefits I’ve already experienced from a little over a month of cryotherapy including better mood, focus, energy, metabolism…and significant improvement in neuropathy. I highly recommend coming here. Everyone who works at Pause is lovely and truly genuine. Literally the entire staff have these glows of health around them. So, if you are reading this, remember that you are worth it, and a trip here is worth it, so do it!
