  My experience with Dr. Don Griffin and the team at Nashville Cosmetic Surgery has been truly life‑changing. After being heavy most of my life, I lost a significant amount of weight and was left with a great deal of hanging skin that deeply affected my confidence. When I began researching surgeons, the before‑and‑after photos from Nashville Cosmetic Surgery impressed me the most, and I especially liked the natural way Dr. Griffin performed breast surgery compared with other surgeons. At my first consultation, Dr. Griffin was extremely kind, patient, and thorough. He spent generous time explaining what he could do for me, reviewing options, and answering all of my questions so I felt informed and at ease. The staff matched his professionalism and warmth; every person I met was attentive, respectful, and clearly committed to excellent patient care. My first procedure was a trunk lift that included an abdominoplasty. Dr. Griffin removed 10 pounds of excess skin, which he noted was an unusually large amount, and the results were remarkable. My abdomen looks smooth and balanced, and my belly button looks so natural that no one would guess I had surgery. My second surgery addressed my upper arms and breasts, including a breast reduction and lift, along with removal of excess skin on my arms. Both areas turned out beautifully and in harmony with the rest of my body. I did experience some healing issues in my upper arms due to lymphedema, but when I contacted the office, Dr. Griffin saw me immediately and drained the fluid, which greatly reduced my pain and reassured me. The level of access and support has been outstanding. I was even able to reach Dr. Griffin in the middle of the night when I was struggling with pain, and he responded with compassion and prompt help. The entire staff—from the front desk to the nurses—knows me by name, greets me warmly, and always runs on time, which makes every visit comfortable and stress‑free. They prepared me thoroughly before each procedure, took excellent care of me afterward, and never hesitated to bring me in early when I had concerns about my drains or healing. Every visit has been marked by kindness, clear communication, and genuine smiles. I am now preparing for my next surgery, a thigh lift and removal of excess skin on my back, and I am actually excited because I trust Dr. Griffin and his team so much. Today, I look and feel better than I have in years, and buying new clothes and seeing my transformation has been an incredibly positive experience. Having a surgeon and staff who walk with you before, during, and long after surgery—following you for a full year—makes all the difference. I highly recommend Dr. Griffin and Nashville Cosmetic Surgery to anyone considering body contouring after weight loss; the care, results, and ongoing support have exceeded my expectations in every way.

  When I tell you Lori Lankford has THEE BEST hands AND mind in this medical aesthetics industry. The epitome of a seasoned professional. Her skillset to turn back the hands of time to give a renewed and youthful appearance is definitely a gift from God. 🙏🏼❤️🫶🏼ABSOLUTELY IT IS!! Her Botox injections literally looks like she pressed your face with an iron! That’s how smooth she has your face and neck afterwards. She is a precisionist (don’t know if that’s a word) but she IS that when it comes to Botox, as well as, filler injections. And what I love most is how caring and kind she is. You could come with millions to get your face done BUT if she feels it isn’t the right thing to do, she won’t do it and that my dear people is rare in this day. She’s a class act, a rare gem and one of THEE best Medical Aesthetics RNs in Nashville.

  Lori Lankford is the VERY BEST in all she does! I trust her care and advice, she is beyond top notch! The Skin Lounge is a beautiful relaxing space and very comforting, with an incredibly nice staff. All just could not be better!!!

  Dr. Griffin is amazing. He did my first procedure back in 2002, and he’s still the only doctor I would ever trust with my body. From the first consultation to surgery and follow-ups, he and his team made me feel completely cared for. He’s a true artist - professional, precise, and so easy to talk to. Everything looks and feels natural, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff at Nashville Cosmetic Surgery is just as wonderful, kind, and attentive. I couldn’t be happier with my results or the care I received. Dr. Griffin is simply the best.
