  It really bothered me today when I called the office of Dr Lagrone.....I’ve never been so disrespected just by asking 1 simple question that is “Hi do you accept United Health Care insurance?” Billing: What kind do you have? Me: United Health Care Billing: That’s not telling me nothing...I CANT HELP YOU!!!! Me: What information do you need? Billing: Your gonna need to call your insurance! Me: can you not tell me?? Billing: CLICK HANGS UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE!!!!! I wish and hope this call was recorded. Who does this and how do people get away treating patients like this. I had to call back and talked to a guy in the front office that was very helpful and found out the information for me. So they didn’t take my insurance after all BUT I’m glad they didn’t cuz I wouldn’t wanted to deal with the billing lady ( I THINK her name was Dana or Diana or something like that) VERY RUDE!!!!! Dr Lagrone is an outstanding Dr...been to him in the past. She needs to go!

  I could not have found a better doctor. From the time we walked thru the door, we felt welcomed. Dr Lagrone was extremely professional also generally cared. I felt the 3 hour trip was worth it.
