Address, email, phone number, birthdate, and all info scammers will love. Im not sure it was a privacy held communication. Also, their wifi connection had no password, it was wide open. I'd been waiting a while, 15 minutes, with 3 ppl in the area. I asked if I would step outside the door to take care of a quick phone call, could they walk the 20 steps round-trip to tell me it was my turn. They said yes. 25 more minutes after coming in, I get called back. The woman collecting the urine was pleasant and effective. She told me the front desk said I left. That info came from the woman that said she would absolutely let me know it was my turn. 10 minute urine collection took an hour +.

Noone checked to see why I was there until they were about to close. I figured my screening just took a while to setup but no. All of my information was lost and I had to re do it all. The staff in the back was great once I finally got back there but the organization of this place is pathetic.

However, a friend who visited a different Concentra site received a form that only showed the last four digits of his SSN and a masked driver's license number. Because my document exposes my full personal information, I am not comfortable sending it to my recruiter via text message or email.
