- ALArlos Luque4 days ago1.0I knew ahead of time, I had multiple things needed for pre-employment. I took the time to call and make an appointment and notify what was needed. I arrive on time, to fine a 30 minute wait to get in when there was not a soul in the lobby. I had to fill out the same paperwork at least 4 time, for no apparent reason. I had to keep telling them what I needed because they seem to forget. 2 hr later I make it out. Thanks to their inefficiency, I had to reschedule other appointments.

I wait around 3 hours, they were taking people who came before me , and ı ask front desk , lady said you have to wait 1 more hour ! I wısh they say when ı checked in . They took my entire day almost . They have to give more information, wait time etc. Very week !

The Therapy dept and staff are absolute gems, I consider them friends after all the visits. The medical side of the operation has also been everything you could expect and more. I wish ALL medical facilities would come take lessons from these folks.
