West Nashville Urgent Care Clinic

About

Urgent CareWalk-In ClinicOrthopedicsInternal MedicineMedical Clinic
Complete Urgent Care at Nashville West is different than most walk-in clinics. In fact, we can handle many of the cases normally seen in a hospital emergency room, without the high cost or long wait times. No appointment necessary. Directed by experienced ER-trained physicians, our Nashville walk-in clinic treats a variety of illnesses from colds, allergies, and infections to bronchitis and pneumonia. We can also handle minor trauma; burns and cuts; insect bites; fractures, sprains and dislocations; and work-related injuries. And we offer many types of physical exams, including sports physicals. On-site X-ray capabilities, labs and procedure rooms allow Complete Urgent Care to treat many conditions that most doctor’s offices and other Nashville clinics cannot. Our Nashville emergency clinic looks more like a living room than a doctor’s office, with free snacks and soft drinks. Family care includes colorful pediatrics rooms with toys, games, televisions and low seating to make children feel more at home. And convenient hours accommodate evening and weekend emergencies.

I am visiting relatives in Nashville and my insurance is out of network at most places here. The person at the front desk here insisted that I was a “Medicaid patient” and couldn’t be treated by them, even after I offered to self pay if my insurance was out of network. To be clear, I am 100% not a Medicaid recipient in the first place. I drove over to Vanderbilt Health on White Bridge Road and didn’t have a single problem when I offered to self-pay. Very disappointed with how I was treated at Complete Health Partners and would never go back there again.

Since my last 6 PA and last 7 primaries quit this practice I called to set up a new appointment for this week, Wednesday. They set me up with a new PA that apparently only sees women. They didn’t tell me that until the day of and had to reschedule the appointment for today, Friday. I showed up on time for my physical and blood work but they told me when I arrived that they can’t do the blood work because they forgot to tell me to fast. This place is, and has been terrible for years. If they can’t keep staff, and can’t communicate basic care how can anyone trust them to actually get any diagnosis correct? Stay away if you value your time and health.

I feel fortunate to have found dr Ben,he always seems genuinely concerned about my health issues, and always spends time listening to my concerns and asking me questions, which is a nice change, some many physicians I’ve seen in the past just rush in and rush out,he is very kind and helped with a skin issue on my ankle more than last two dermatologist I’ve seen highly recommend
