I had a painful UTI and went to get help. The receptionist asked me 3 or 4 times if I had my Medicare card and I kept telling her no. I said I would pay cash but she said something changed on my account. She asked if my name changed. I’m 70, why would my name change? I kept telling her I would pay cash but she ignored what I said and still asked me if my name changed or I had my Medicare card, as if the answers to these questions would miraculously change!
If you want immediate care DON’T go here. I usually see Ben Bueno but she said I hadn’t been there in a while. I have been out of the country! I volunteer in Costs Rica as a retired teacher. I repeat! If you are requesting help for a painful illness, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I booked an appointment online for urgent care. There were a variety of times available. The clinic is tucked away and tricky to find at first, but once you know how to get there it's easy! The waiting area was clean with plenty of seating. The restroom was also clean and there is courtesy coffee available plus free Wi-Fi. The staff is professional and efficient, keeping order in the clinic and processing patients quickly.

Complete Waste of Time.
I was looking for a Primary Care Physician in the area for a regular check up. Between the long wait times (doctor came in an hour after my scheduled time), lack of results (they didn't tell me anything about my health), and general awkwardness (doctor sat me in a chair in the hallway, went into an office around the corner, and proceeded to talk to a nurse standing in the doorway about what to tell me) - I will not be recommending this clinic to anyone.

First time, walked in, referred by a person I know. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped in the door. The two front desk girls were friendly and informative. Clean office, for an urgent care lol! Even the doctor Ashley was super nice and understanding. Unfortunately coming here isnt always the grestest when you have something wrong but they were imediate to help! I will now be coming here for everything!
I’ve had multiple visits to this urgent care clinic, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Several staff members—particularly some of the providers—have been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than taking the time to properly assess symptoms and listen to patient concerns, providers often rush appointments and fail to offer thoughtful or effective treatment plans.
On more than one occasion, I was prescribed very expensive medications without a clear explanation or confidence that they were appropriate. When I tried to communicate what treatments had or had not worked for me in the past, my concerns were disregarded. Instead of adjusting care or working toward a solution, I was simply referred elsewhere after treatments failed—resulting in wasted time, money, and continued discomfort.
One provider in particular, Ashley Knight, made my experience especially troubling. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking, dismissed my concerns without fully understanding them, and abruptly left the room mid-conversation to attend to another patient. Her behavior felt discriminatory and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard.
Patients seek urgent care for relief, guidance, and compassion. Unfortunately, this clinic has failed to provide those basics. I left feeling frustrated, unsupported, and financially burdened by unnecessary prescriptions. I strongly encourage others to think carefully before trusting this clinic with their care.
