- HTHey ThereMar 7, 20181.0Worst I have ever been treated. First hygienist took at least a dozen bitewing x rays (I was shocked at how much it cost). It was the roughest cleaning I have ever had, even though she told Dr. Gross I hardly had any plaque. When Dr. Gross came in and began poking & proding Dr. Gross called out numbers to the hygienist-very impersonal. Then Dr. Gross drilled me, multiple times, if I ate a lot of sugar-which I don't, health nut here. Two days later my jaw swelled up to my ear & down to my neck. When I called in, I was told to get some whiskey, yes whiskey to rinse. I asked if Listerine would work and got a laughing response of "Yes". Which worked just fine. About a week later I was called and told that I had multiple cavities (I knew I had one or two) and that it would cost a few thousand $$ and this was after my dental insurance. Interesting enough my mother-in-law and my husband went there and was told "they needed a lot of work too costing $$. Needless to say we will not be going there EVER!!!
