I've had a couple of Virtual meetings after my sleep testing. Things have gone very well. The virtual meetings save me a lot of time out of the office. I'm told my apnea is much better, but I did not have an issue sleeping before except complaints regarding my snoring. My only issue is if you don't do one of these reviews when they request it via email, they will continue to send you more emails asking you to do it.

This place is a joke! Told me I had to pay the bill in full ( first consultation visit) because my insurance deductable had not been met which I paid the $151 and understood. Carried me back to a room with no furniture, desk, table, real chairs or curtains just two small round stools. I spoke to a nurse practitioner for less than 15 minutes and as you guessed I was a prime candidate and would not live a full life without their services. I was to call back to set up a time for a sleep study but before I could I received a bill for $235 minus my payment of $151. I called 4 times with a promise of a return call with no luck and on the 5th call I finally got billing who informed me that I only paid an estimate of what they thought they could bill my insurance and I had no choice but to pay this. I explained my case and told them what I was told and the service I recieved was terrible and the office manager Lisa said” I was there while they were moving in that’s why they had no furniture.” My problem is I paid the bill in full, charged again after they felt they could charge me more because I have BCBS insurance and for services unknown by a nurse practitioner in a room with no furniture?
Not a really good value for my hard earned dollar not to mention I will lose a lot of sleep over their financial extortion.
