  This place is terrible. After an hour and a half, I hadn't done anything, and they told me they didn't have time and that I had an appointment. I advise against going to this place to waste your time. Save your time for yourself and go somewhere else. Every time I ask a nurse, she tells me it's not her problem. The staff is not cohesive.

  I wish the dentist's office would have made it easier to communicate with them online. I deeply wish I could communicate and reconcile this situation with Dr. King. Perhaps they are not interested in my story, which is why I'm writing this review. I've been a patient of Dr. Snodgrass for nearly 40 years. As his offices expanded and included Dr King, I've continued to visit their caring and qualified staff and beautifully designed offices. When I had my child, there was no question in my mind about which dentist to choose. Now I'm feeling estranged. My child is hard of hearing and non-verbal autistic and the pediatric dentist at the Mount Juliet office asked us to seek alternative dentist. Where do I go? I stopped going even for myself to this location after feeling so rejected. I wanted to reach out to Dr King, I suppose I should drive the 1.5 hours to take the little one directly to his Cool Springs office, we used to drive an hour to visit Mount Juliet, what's an extra hour round-trip, right? But it IS a lot with a non-verbal autistic child. Feeling hear-broken and lost after being rejected by the only dentist I've ever trusted.

  We had the absolute best experience today with Ms. Denise. She made our son feel so comfortable and excited to get his teeth brushed. She took the time to explain everything to where he and I both understood. Dr. Li was quick to do an exam and answered all of our questions.

  I will NEVER recommend doing business with these people. I had an appointment at this location for a cleaning, then I got a call saying the dentist won't be in. I called the Franklin location, and left a message requesting a call back. No one called. I reached out to this location again to get another appointment, and they were able to slot me in for 8/12 for my cleaning. I was told I have no copay, but I have to get an x-ray done at a $90 charge. I told the receptionist I did extractions a few months ago, and I have a copy of my x-rays on a cd. I was told I need to print the x-rays and bring them in because they are unable to view my x-rays on the CD. She told me I cannot get my cleaning done without the x-rays. I've never heard of that before. I'll take my business elsewhere.

  If I could give 0 stars I would!! Absolutely the worst experience and I didnt even get to see a dentist. I made an appt waited 2 months to get in, when I show up for my appt they dont have any info and im not on the schedule even tho I got text confirmation and even a happy birthday text but yet they dont have any of my info. He office blamed a 3rd party scheduling team they use. After being there 40+ mins making sure everything is set up correctly including myself calling my dentist for the paperwork to be sent over for referral. I get 2 calls and text confirming all had been reciced paperwork wise and all info is good.I come back the following week and sit the in waiting room for 45 mins before being called to the front desk my the office Mgr saying that they didnt get the right paperwork a week ago (even tho she handled it the week prior) she then told me well if I had a different dental plan it'd be easier ??!!! Not only did I miss work 2x but I also had to check my child out of school... and this staff could have cared less about the inconvenience they caused and the fact that they messed up twice!!!
