This office is ridiculous, my daughter had an appointment, we show up early and wait an hour and she never gets called back. Would not recommend unless you clear your schedule for the whole day 😡😡😡. I advise against going to this place to waste your time. Save your time for yourself and go somewhere else. Every time I ask a nurse, she tells me it's not her problem. The staff is not cohesive.

Perhaps they are not interested in my story, which is why I'm writing this review. I've been a patient of Dr. Snodgrass for nearly 40 years. As his offices expanded and included Dr King, I've continued to visit their caring and qualified staff and beautifully designed offices. When I had my child, there was no question in my mind about which dentist to choose. Now I'm feeling estranged. My child is hard of hearing and non-verbal autistic and the pediatric dentist at the Mount Juliet office asked us to seek alternative dentist. Where do I go? I stopped going even for myself to this location after feeling so rejected. I wanted to reach out to Dr King, I suppose I should drive the 1.5 hours to take the little one directly to his Cool Springs office, we used to drive an hour to visit Mount Juliet, what's an extra hour round-trip, right? But it IS a lot with a non-verbal autistic child. Feeling hear-broken and lost after being rejected by the only dentist I've ever trusted.
