I am so grateful!!! The staff is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Dr. Harmon himself was just fantastic with my daughter and I am just blown away by how sweet and caring everyone was and they went beyond to make sure my girl got her first pair of glasses. 10/10 Highly recommend.
- EAE De AndaApr 19, 20251.0beware this office does fraudulent activity. i went in with insurance through my employer. i gave front desk the insurance companies instructions to bill on a simple second opinion. she stared at me dumbfounded and said yea ok. the. asked for my medical insurance to have it on file said its protocol after i told her that insurance did not cover my exam to only use my separate vision insurance again she stared dumbfounded and said ok. i should have seen this a red flag. 3 weeks later me and my wife got a bill from out medical insurance for services they did not cover. 3 diferente services. way over priced because he just looked at exiting prescription had me stare at letters real quick and sent me in my way. so the staff lied to me. never reached out again just billed the wrong insurance leaving me with a problem and used an insurance i never authorized. i would stay away and yes im fixing this and perusing it as fraud.
