LIFT Therapy / Sports Plus Rehab Centers provide physical, occupational and speech therapy for all ages here in West Tennessee. We have been in business since 1996 providing one on one care to all rehabilitation diagnoses, neurological problems, and any post-op surgical cases. We serve the pediatric population as well as adults of all ages. Aquatic Therapy and Athletic Trainers round out our services for all ages as well. We take all insurances that JMCGH takes and also see direct access.

- LLLyndaMay 14, 20241.0Went for my neck Dr Humbert sent me They want to put me in water Therapy for my legs couldn't get in steps to far apart Had me get off low bed using only my knees and legs said it would build muscles in my legs Had me lay down on my back on the table put a stick in my hands lift straight up Laying on my back they rubbed my shoulders then pulled up on my neck They didn't like stem cell I had in my knees Said I need better posture Had me do chin exercises and turn my head Now My knees hurt to the point I have to Had someone help me up and down to get seated My shoulders are in so much pain My neck now hurts to turn my head horribly I didn't get help I got back in the worse pian I have had before stem cell in my knees and my neck is as bad or worse than before I had the shot Told them about my conditions prior to therapy I have a pinch nerve between the 6th and 7th vertebrae in my neck Thanks to Dr Humbert for the steroid shot in my neck a few weeks ago I could turn my neck no pain After having Covid I couldn't walk Had stem cell I could walk thanks to Dr Nord This procedure is not covered by insurance it is cash out of pocket Because of the condition I am in now I can't recommend Sports Rehab in Milan I am back at ground zero hopefully Dr Humbert and Dr Nord can help me again

They dealt with my complex issues and helped me reach a full recovery. Supportive, resourceful, encouraging, knowledgeable, friendly, tireless are the words that come to mind. You will receive individual attention - they don’t overbook. The facility is a nice size and well maintained. And through the pandemic they were rigorous in following CDC guidelines to protect the patients. Allie, Ron, Ryan, Pam, and Jacqi…..I couldn’t have done it without you!
