  Yall need to update your hours on Google. I came here 3 months ago on a weekday and you were closed down as well. Very inconsistent hours.

  My experience was great at the Planned Parenthood I was in and out 20 minutes wasn’t a long wait my medical assistant Erica was very knowledgeable and polite I got theLyletta IUD inserted no pain at all but a cramp the doctor Edna was very professional knowledgeable and sweet she takes with me and guided me through the procedure I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for excellent professional empathy birth control experience also the front seat receptionist was also polite professional and friendly the facility is clean also please book your visit with this location

  I was checked in by a man with glasses. He was this month of March 2025 that would not require this additional informative respectful compared to any of the women who work at the window. I completed my check-in slip as usual, and when I returned it to him, he informed me that there was additional information he needed from me. When I asked him why he would need this additional information he respectfully and politely explained that there was a certain change in their policy for March 2025 that would not require this additional information. I provided him with the new information, returned the slip to him, and then he told me he would call me to the window when they were ready after checking me in. I was very annoyed and confused to find out during check-in about this sudden “change in policy” However I’m extremely sorry To have experienced a moment of disrespect by overhearing, both this man and and additional female employee Making comments about my check slip. I was not rude or disrespectful to either person during the check-in process. So I do not understand why either employee felt as though it was appropriate to make any comment about my check-in information. The unprofessionalism consistently exuded by the people who worked The front desk is embarrassing and vile. People do not come to this medical facility to be disrespected at any moment. They should reconsider the majority of their medical staff at this facility.

  I called my pharmacy to request a refill on my birth control pill, and they told me that my prescription expired months ago. I'm on a three month pill cycle, so it must have expired shortly after I picked up my last pack. I would have just gone up there, but I had to have a covid test earlier this week, because I was showing symptoms. The minor med told me to self quarantine until the results come in just in case it may be positive. So, I called Planned Parenthood to see if there was any way they could call in a prescription. They told me no. I explained the situation with my covid test, and they said I can't get a refill unless I come in. I told them I would call around and see if one of my other providers could call it in, because I don't want to come in and potentially put people at risk. She said no, we don't want you to come in and wait if you might have covid, either.. Then why can't you just call in one refill under these circumstances? Ridiculous. I've been coming to planned parenthood for years, because I want to support this organization, but this is just stupid.
