  Yall need to update your hours on Google. I came here 3 months ago on a weekday and you were closed down as well. Very inconsistent hours.

  Absolutely awful experience, do not go here if you have other available options. I went to get my Nexplanon removed and reinserted. Before my nurse came into the room she was talking to a coworker in a very condescending way because she did not want to deal with changing my birth control and I should just leave it because “it lasts five years”. Everything online recommends getting it replaced after 3, but she just simply did not want to do her job and I should have left after I heard her attitude towards the situation. During the procedure the only thing I was told is when she was putting the lidocaine shot in, everything else I had no walk-thru for. I was not numbed properly and I could feel everything, as the lidocaine shot squirted all over my arm and I’m convinced none of it actually got in my arm. It was a very painful and very traumatic experience. On top of this, 24 hours later I remove my bandage as instructed and see that the steri-strips that are placed on the open wound and are meant for the replacement of stitches, were not put on. So a day later, I’m at the doctor because I have an open wound that was only covered with 1 bandaid. The nurses name is B. Woods. Please take my advice and avoid this nurse and establishment at all costs!

  I have always had a great experience at this location. Friendly staff. Quick visits and very little wait time. I go to get my BC pills 3 at a time and have never had a problem except when the location was out of my BC brand and I had to travel to the poplar location.

  Make sure you ask about insurance off top! I went there and the lady at the front desk told me to sign in and have a seat. She called me back up literally an hour later! She look at my insurance and said “I’m sorry, we don’t take this insurance.” It was pretty frustrating and a waste of time they should definitely have a sign up about the insurances that take or don’t take. Just a heads!
