I called to schedule an appointment and clearly explained my symptoms. They gave me an appointment and charged me a $30 copay. When the doctor saw me, she told me it was a mistake, they weren’t specialized in what was happening to me, and couldn’t help. She suggested I see another doctor or go to the emergency room.
Later, I found out the clinic reported that I left before seeing a doctor, which is absolutely false. I did see the doctor, but they didn’t provide any treatment. I wasted my time and my money, and the lack of honesty made the situation even worse. Very disappointing experience.

The people here have been wonderful to me, especially Charonda Phifer. She is truly amazing. The front desk people are also very sweet and helpful.

I was experiencing a ton of pain from my birth control (copper iud). I was able to walk in and get it removed same-day. The care I got from the doctor and nurse here meant so much to me. I was alone and scared because of how painful iud removals can be, and Dr. Lewis got me through it with her incredible expertise. She also listened to me as I voiced my frustrations with the system around woman's health, and made me feel really heard, and comforted.

All staff was very professional. Got my iud remove in minutes. The place was clean and I’m so glad they still have clinic like this that offer condoms. Especially for our youth. I pass the info to my young relatives that are college students

I went to get a new arm implant (nexplanon) after having it in from 2020 to 2023. They informed me that they changed the length of time it would last and that I wouldn’t need one till 2025. So they didn’t take out my nexplanon nor gave me a new one. I called Nexplanon the number on the back of my card and they informed me that this planned parenthood was incorrect. Im extreamly frustrated about this and am just upset that people working here don’t know the actual guidelines for different birth controls.
