- TPTeanna PalmerDec 29, 20251.0The Nurse Practitioner whom I saw on my visit last Tuesday, December 22, 2025 at 2:00 PM was insensitive, lacked empathy, and very dismissive of my concerns. She willingly and knowingly put myself and other drivers in harms way by releasing me to full duty even after I repeatedly tried to explain to her the lack of range of motion I've been experiencing that began when I was hit by another driver a few months ago. The more I tried to express my concerns the louder she got and proceeded to repeat that she was releasing me regardless. She basically told me that I will have to suffer through the 10 hour shifts in pain and that I'll be fine. She got so ridiculous that I got quiet and stopped responding due to feeling so unseen, unheard, and defeated. I felt like I was part of a humiliation ritual. I have never felt so belittled in a healthcare setting in my life. She should definitely be investigated. By the way, I am a truck driver.

Im not sure that I have ever been to a doctors office and had a perfect experience. I was there for a physical and drug screening for a new job. Thank you Concentra for the professionalism you have instilled into your staff.
