Dr. Whitney removed my chest catheter and she explained everything and did it with a smile. Made me feel at ease and the other Doctor's and nurses and front desk ladies do a great job, and the best part is the lunch they give you after the procedure. They are taking care of you from beginning to end of visit. Thanks

The first time they sent us to the wrong location because they didn’t check our insurance so i had to reschedule the appointment even though I drove all the way there. Then they scheduled our appointment to be at 10:00am even though the surgeon wasn’t supposed to arrive until 12:45 so we had to wait for over 2 hours just for a consultation. Then, the surgery was scheduled for 1:30 pm but when i had called 2 days prior to confirm my appointment, they say that we got moved up to 12:30pm. But they never called us to tell us this information so we would have never known unless I called to confirm. Finally, on the day of the surgery, we arrived at 12:30pm but we didn’t even get called back until 2:00pm. I’ve given this place so many chances and have been disappointed/angered every time. The staff is nice but it can’t excuse how poor of an experience we have repeatedly had. They have got to do something about their scheduling department.
