- PLPam Lee5 days ago5.0I had a pleasant visit at Concentra off Myatt Drive in Rivergate. The staff smiled and greeted all warmly. My patients were called by name. It was 12/30/25 the Christmas decorations were still up. The walls were covered with Charlie Brown and the gang on 1 wall playing in the snow. And another singing Christmas carols. The background was all black and strings of white lights were draped over it. A very talented person did a magnificent job. It wasn’t long before I was called back to have vitals taken and saw Dr. Cates. He was very nice. Dr. Cates asked questions about my fall the day before. Surprisingly I could manage the pain in my lower back. He prescribed Physical Therapy 8am the next morning. Arrived on time the next morning and saw Cody. He showed me exercises to do at home. Cody was very knowledgeable and kind.

I asked if a form could be completed by the physician, per my insurance company and she instantly got an attitude and turner up her face. The nurse was extremely nice but the ladies at the front desk, set the tone. I would definitely NEVER come to this location again.

They are kind and helpful with any questions you may have. I would get there as early as possible because it can get super busy. But they have proven they can handle the business.
