So, after looking at my VA options for Urgent Care, I went to this clinic. First off, the employee who took my blood pressure INSISTED that it was 96/63!!! If my BP was that low, they should have called an ambulance and taken me to a hospital!! When the doctor showed up, he sounded upset that I did NOT want opiates, and then told me that he would cancel my visit like i never came there, and to go to the VA!!! I WAS IN AGONY, and every bump on the road made me scream in pain, which is why I went to the closest Urgent care that is allowed in network!! I ended up having to drive to midtown, ended up on an NSAID, muscle relaxers and steroids!! NOTHING OPIATE!! I WAS NOT A DRUG SEEKER, BUT TREATED LIKE ONE!!
- BKBridget KnightOct 13, 20251.0The doctor that they have there while I was there I heard him screaming at another facility about paperwork Everything went well but when I got to the doctor he asked me two or three questions and listen to my heart and that was the end of his examination very blunt man had no questions only denials if you don't get rid of this man he's going to call cause this company to go under because he's so quick to stop things without investigating, I am 59 years old I gave him information that happened over 30 years ago he never questioned anything he just denied so therefore I feel he was biased in his decision he only spoke one or two times and that was it and it was all about denial.. people don't have $350 to just give to this doctor's office without any type of investigation of illness or anything the place is considered a ripoff from here on out for me thank you for your services everyone was great except this doctor he could have had me sign a release form but instead he took this money of the cost that's not a good thing this man is ripping folks off and denying them to work and they've been working over 30 or 40 years get rid of this doctor or your business will fail.
