LIFT Therapy / Sports Plus Rehab Centers provide physical, occupational and speech therapy for all ages here in West Tennessee. We have been in business since 1996 providing one on one care to all rehabilitation diagnoses, neurological problems, and any post-op surgical cases. We serve the pediatric population as well as adults of all ages. Aquatic Therapy and Athletic Trainers round out our services for all ages as well. We take all insurances that JMCGH takes and also see direct access.

Therapist are caring, supportive and helped her come a long ways. Front desk ladies friendly, helpful and always took time to have little conversations with her. Highly recommended.
