I was traveling from Illinois to Pigeon Forge, TN and I broke my glasses (forgot my backup pair) where the nylon framing that holds the lens in place broke. It is very thin and reminds me of fishing line. I hadn't even arrived at our vacation destination yet and my glasses were now unusable and needed for driving and everything else. I was kind of panicking because where was I to go to find a place open Saturday afternoon to fix my glasses. It was late on Saturday and a little over an hour before they closed but I found Stanton Optical in Knoxville (Crown Pointe), TN by searching on my phone for optical stores. We drove there and I walked in and they immediately helped me. They provided a new nylon string and fixed my glasses perfectly like new - free of charge. They were so nice and willing to help a guy and his family that would have been stranded since I was the only one who could drive at night. I am so grateful for them bailing me out of that jam. A big thanks to this store and the people working and helping me that late afternoon. Sometimes it's the small things you do for others that makes their lives easier and becomes a reciprocating catalyst for gratefulness.

There were 2 ladies that I didn't catch the name of but they made me feel so comfortable. A very wide selection for frames, as well as a multitude of different add-ons. But the best part of this experience was Omar, the sales manager. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and searched to find us the best bang for our buck, not to mention the great sense of humor while still retaining professionalism! All of the staff were amazing and very accommodating. Also the music choices were great. Wish I would have caught everyone's names but nonetheless-Thank you all so much Love ya lots!!
