  Definitely not cheap. Outrageous! Sent a friend with no insurance and it ended up costing over $500 and nothing special. He ended up having to apply for credit cause all he had on him was $150. Unbelievable!

  I don't recommend it. My glasses took a month to arrive, and they finally arrived. Turns out they're not what I expected. They gave me them without a box, without a towel to clean them, and the lenses are higher on one side than the other, and it shows. I waited a long time for them to bring out something useless. What do you think? No one's going to answer for that. I'll have to go to another store to repeat the whole process because it didn't help me at all here.

Quality lenses 5.Great customer service What set this store apart from other stores eyewear places are the relaxed environment, selection, knowledge and the fact you can see the well oiled machine! The ladies l met enjoy their job and have a great rapport with each other! Ms.Amber, Ms. Jamie, Ms Connie and Ms. Melissa. Thank you all for a great experience. All together l bought 5 pairs of prescription glassed. My husband bought 2 pair . Your Farragut shoppe is clean and a pleasure to walk into, last month this month same cheerful ladies!

  I would strongly recommend not using Stanton optical. The office staff is great. Friendly, accommodating and professional. My prescription was not correct, and when I asked to speak to the optometrist I was informed that the telehealth encounter I had, although he is wearing a tie and a white coat, is neither an optometrist nor an ophthalmologist, and that the optometrist who signed my prescription for an eye exam (has a different name whom I've never met or talked to before) is remote and unable to be contacted. I am unable to speak with her, and neither is staff over the phone. They can only message her. What's the point of getting pressures checked in my eye, having a retinal scan, being offered a $30 ultrasound for my eye, and having an eye exam if it is not even under the guidance of a trained optometrist or ophthalmologist? The kicker is that the purpose of my visit is for a contact lens prescription, and there is an fda federal regulation requiring me to have an updated prescription before I am allowed to buy contacts. It's federal law. The staff is great. I literally wrote down on a piece of paper my exact last prescription from over a year ago, because my eyes are fine, and they were messaging the optometrist to sign the prescription for me (who I have never seen or spoke to before), but was advised it would take up to 24 hours. I left. I am not paying $120 out of pocket to write down my own prescription on a piece of paper, and have someone remotely sign it. This is really bad quality of care. The screening tests they offer: not worth it. They cant provide results or interpretations to me, as they are not licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist (by no fault of their own), the telehealth visit wasn't an optometrist or ophthalmologist and is terribly misleading,, and they dont even have one on site (as I was informed by staff). Staff is very friendly, polite and great. Nice people. Can't trust them with my eyes.
