Jeffery did my exam and measurements and he was very welcoming, warm and friendly. He was very easy to speak with and gave honest feedback on eyeglass selections. His service went above and beyond!!! Stanton is lucky to have such a wonderful individual working for them!!! Highly recommended !!!!!

Both of these amazing ladies went above and beyond to help me with my new contacts, taking the time to explain every step and making sure I felt confident before I left. Vanessa was so patient and kind, walking me through the process and answering all my questions with a smile. Jamie was just as fantastic — friendly, encouraging, and incredibly helpful the entire time. You can tell they both genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. - CKcaro KateOct 30, 20251.0I have been a glasses user since childhood. This chain always has bogus signs outside saying “free eye exam and 2 pairs for $79.” That has NEVER been true. It is just completely false and it will always cost at least $200 for 2 pairs of glasses. There are a very select few frames that fall into the sale category and they are the flimsiest, ugliest ones available. The exam was NOT free for me and never has been. The organization of the store is also very difficult. There are different color tags that represent different frame prices and they are all mixed together. So I’m searching for the little green tags mixed in with all the other price categories. It makes it difficult to choose frames within my price range. The whole thing is just designed to make as much money off of you as possible. That being said, the staff here was helpful and lovely! My complaints are corporate.

Will helped with explaining each step and was very helpful with my questions! I was told all my options and choices but never felt forced to upgrade and get something I did not want! - KKKiranOct 24, 20255.0I went in 3 hours ago because i broke my old pair of glasses that morning and i was so frustrated but i felt so much better while i was there because the staff is THE BEST !!! They were so sweet and helpful even when i was having a hard time putting my contacts in since i was shaking so bad from that day. There were a lot of customers there and yet they were able to get me out the door with my first pair of glasses (i got the bogo deal) and they’ve ordered the parts to make my second one! I also got contacts and the entire thing cost me $239 which is insane and I’m just so glad i went there today! Thank you for all the help today!!! ❤️❤️❤️
