- NHN HoneycuttJun 18, 20252.0I would have had a decent experience here if it weren’t for Stephanie. I was there for a wellness exam and she had me give a urine sample before anything else. When I asked her what she would be using it for, she said nothing because didn’t need it. I asked since I was already there if she could test me for a UTI, but my primary concern was getting a PAP smear, etc. She threw her hands up and said “that’s not how this works, this is a business.” She repeated “this is a business” three times in the conversation. Yeah, I understand that, but it’s also your job. I told her I just wanted to have it done because I had previously stated I had health anxiety, and she said “well we can’t help you with that.” She made it seem like an impossible burden to add another service to my appointment, which is funny, because when I talked to the receptionist as I was checking out, I was refunded over half of my initial payment because “most of the services you paid for weren’t done.” Looking at the other reviews, I see I’m not the only one Stephanie has made uncomfortable.
