Since my moving to Knoxville in 2011 Dr. Louthan or Dr. Badger have been my primary ophthalmologists and it has been a pleasure being treated by them and their staff. They are very kind, gentle, polite, professional, and friendly. The staff has also been absolutely cordial and receptive. I have nothing but gratitude towards these amazing people and the work they do.
