After waiting nearly three hours for the doctor to come in, he immediately told me he would not pass me solely because I am prescribed Suboxone—even though DOT regulations allow drivers on stable buprenorphine treatment with proper documentation. He stated “his hands were tied due to Tennessee law,” which is inaccurate and misleading. I wasn’t evaluated based on my actual health, stability, or compliance. I was dismissed based on the medication alone, and the information given to me about the law was incorrect. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Individuals in recovery deserve fair, evidence-based evaluations—not blanket refusals or misinformation. This experience was unprofessional and not consistent with DOT standards.

I have had prior experiences at this facility prior to it becoming Concentra that was not very comfortable. Pleasantly surprised at this visit. The receptionist was very friendly, even though she was managing the desk her self for a while, the lab technician was pleasant and did a very good job with my blood drawl. The physician was very friendly and professional, unhurried with my exam. All in all, a very good experience.

- CSCharolette SOct 30, 20255.0This place has some of the best people working. Dr Andrew Suganthataj is awesome. He listens to what you have to say without down playing it or making you feel stupid. The front office staff, nurses and director Ahmed are all amazing as well. They know you by name once you been there more than once. The PT people are also outstanding! They push you to recover but not to cause pain. I highly recommend this facility for any of your needs.
