The front desk and medical staff were wonderful, but Dr. Grant Shirley, MD, is a standout provider. He is charismatic, funny, and highly professional—easily the best exam experience I’ve had. While they are a great Urgent Care for any immediate medical needs, the staff here really sets the bar high. The front desk was polite and thorough, and the clinical assistant was incredibly kind. The true highlight, however, was Dr. Grant Shirley, MD. He is by far one of the most charismatic, knowledgeable, and engaging physicians I have ever met. He radiates positive energy and a great 'intellectual vibe' while being extremely thorough.
