LIFT Therapy/Sports Plus Rehab Centers provide physical, occupational and speech therapy for all ages here in West Tennessee. We have been in business since 1996 providing one on one care to all rehabilitation diagnoses, neurological problems, and any post-op surgical cases. We serve the pediatric population as well as adults of all ages. Aquatic Therapy and Athletic Trainers round out our services for all ages as well. We take all insurances that JMCGH takes and also see direct access.

I just cannot say enough how much I appreciate the whole staff! The therapists are so knowledgeable, gentle, encouraging! I have made many friends here. I am so thankful for the joy and humor we share. I often stop by to say a quick hello to Kim and Jennifer at the front desk. Andy and Bryan have done the bulk of my PT sessions and taught me so much about anatomy and how important it is to continue doing the exercises afterwards. Next year I will have another total shoulder replacement and I’ll be back in their awesome care!
