I asked if they were doing covid testing and her response was “It depends.” I asked ok, depends on what? She said “it depends on your symptoms if the provider will or not” so I explained to her that both my brother and mom have it and I’ve haven’t been feeling well the past 2 days. Her response was “you can come talk to her, but doesn’t mean she’s going to see you” I called my mom right after because she went to the same clinic & found out the same receptionist was rude to her & my brother as well. Times are too hard for everyone to experience such unprofessionalism & rudeness especially when you’re sick. She needs an attitude adjustment and a crash course on customer service because she lacks that tremendously to be a front desk clerk.
