LIFT Therapy / Sports Plus Rehab Centers provide physical, occupational and speech therapy for all ages here in West Tennessee. We have been in business since 1996 providing one on one care to all rehabilitation diagnoses, neurological problems, and any post-op surgical cases. We serve the pediatric population as well as adults of all ages. Aquatic Therapy and Athletic Trainers round out our services for all ages as well. We take all insurances that JMCGH takes and also see direct access.

- SCSamantha CarlisleApr 10, 20245.0I did not have any previous experience with rehab as I have never needed it before. But I have heard others talk about it and never in a positive light. This was not my experience at Sports Plus. In fact, quite the opposite. I had 25 visits with them and with the exception of the last one, I looked forward to every single one. This team was absolutely phenomenal at making what was possibly one of the least enjoyable tasks of my life something I look forward to with just their amazing personalities, their ability to listen to my concerns and cater my therapy to my needs without allowing me to slack off, and the impressive cohesion of their team. Everyone, no matter their rank, status, or experience level, seemed to be treated as an equal and important part of the team and this fact contributes greatly to the atmosphere. My doctor was thoroughly impressed with the progress I have made with my healing and although I took full credit for that in his office, for the purpose of this review, I will be honest and give credit where it is due and admit that the team at Sports Plus Rehab should definitely receive most of the credit for my impressive recovery. I would recommend them to anyone and trust them with even those most precious to me. You should only not trust them if they ever tell you, you are their favorite patient, for surely that will only forever be me
