LIFT Therapy / Sports Plus Rehab Centers provide physical, occupational and speech therapy for all ages here in West Tennessee. We have been in business since 1996 providing one on one care to all rehabilitation diagnoses, neurological problems, and any post-op surgical cases. We serve the pediatric population as well as adults of all ages. Aquatic Therapy and Athletic Trainers round out our services for all ages as well. We take all insurances that JMCGH takes and also see direct access.

From the initial evaluation, Jeff demonstrated a profound understanding of my specific situation and goals. He helped me set and achieve three primary objectives: reducing the frequency and severity of my headaches, continuing to participate in CrossFit while making necessary modifications, and resuming hiking with a pack to eventually go on day and overnight trips with my father in Arizona. Jeff provided tailored advice and guidance throughout the process, instilling confidence that I could enjoy my favorite activities while prioritizing recovery from my injury. He even demonstrated proper backpack fit using his own hunting pack, ensuring I had the right equipment for my adventures. I am currently headache and pain-free, back to overhead movements in CrossFit and gradually reintroducing backpacking into my hikes, with the eventual goal of completing an overnight trip this summer or early fall. I couldn't have done it without Jeff's help. Jeff was an attentive and knowledgeable professional throughout the process. For anyone in need of therapy, I highly recommend Sports Plus in Humboldt.
