They require payment upfront and then, after submitting the claim to insurance, they send an additional unexpected bill. It feels deceptive and creates a lack of trust. I will not return for this reason and would caution others to be aware of their billing approach.

If you’re looking for a new dentist, couldn’t recommend enough. Been going here for over 5 years now and cannot imagine going anywhere else.
