I would give them ZERO stars if I could but it won’t let me leave a review. Whoever works the desk is THE RUDEST person I have ever met. People come here sick looking to feel better and all I was served was a dose of ATTITUDE. They advertise everywhere “Walk ins welcome” but upon walking in only saw a kiosk saying “check in” with no option for a walk in. So I waited for the receptionist to finish her phone call before coming around to ask her if it was okay for me to walk in and see if she could get me checked in. Before I could say a word I get told “I’m busy you can sit down and I’ll get to you in a second”. So I proceeded to sit down. After that 4 people came in checking in behind me and she starts to call each of them up and get them checked in. After 30 minutes my fiancé went up to ask if we could get checked in and before letting him explain we haven’t even been checked in yet she tells him to go sit down too because she is trying to get to us. Then proceeds to ignore us further and tend to someone else. Finally as she goes to bring someone else back she stops to ask me my name and I tell her I haven’t even checked in and she said did you have an appointment. I tell her no and she says they are not accepting walk ins and I can not be seen until 6?? Four hours from then. Needless to say we left immediately as she ran her mouth. I explained to her that I was trying to tell her that but she told us to sit down in which she responded unkind things as I walked away. I DO NOT recommend coming here if you’re not feeling well.

Absolute waste of time and money. Went with my daughter today after she'd been sick for 5 days with a cough, congestion, etc that she just couldnt kick. After only a covid test, no strep, or any other test, we were told to take over the counter Mucinex MD and Flonase. The pharmacist could have told us that for free. I was upset... our normal doctor in Murfreesboro normally gives us antibiotics, steroids, AND a breathing treatment when we visit and we are better in days. He makes our time and money worth going to see him. This clinic recommended nothing until after she'd been sick for 10 days. Ridiculous! After I protested she did give us a prescription for prednisone and said to come back if she wasn't better after the steroids. Ummmm no. Don't waste your time, find someone who actually wants to help you.

Made an appointment, drove all of the way out there only to see this sign. No call to reschedule my appointment. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of their patients time. I’m very understanding, but how about you cancel your afternoon appointments when something like this happens. My appointment was at 3:30.
