Haven’t gotten in touch with anyone in the billing department, you have to leave a message but the never get back to you

After being quoted in writing for one up front cost for 30 days of treatment for my son, we are being billed for 300% of the agreed upon costs. When asked for an explanation, they refuse to send a bill, answer any communications and only send one way emails demanding balances they cannot justify with official bills.
