When your kid is in pain you schedule a dental appointment. Preferably in network. Check and check. When you get to the office you expect a friendly greeting. Not so much at Snodgrass, but that’s ok because the people in the front aren’t the ones taking the x-rays and doing the cleaning. Then you get called up and they say the doctor there doesn’t take our insurance but the other one who’s not there does take it - today’s doc won’t be credentialed with our insurance til next month but we can pay out of pocket if we want. NBD. They offer to schedule something more than a week out with the other doc (remember there’s pain involved and we already scheduled this one and went through all the steps to ensure they take our insurance). They offer to check other locations more than an hour away for an appointment today. To them this seems reasonable, but they seem to not care that when there’s school, work, and other siblings involved these aren’t exactly minor inconveniences. All of this was completely avoidable, and they knew who we use for insurance beforehand, and a little communication could have saved us from even committing to an appointment here. The two stars are for the cool fish in the aquarium in the waiting room.

I took an appointment 20+ days in advance. I made sure on dayone that my insurance is covered etc. On the day on appointment when I was about to park my car, Snodgrass dental calls me to notify that my insurance doesn't cover the appointment as the doctor is no longer working and is see patience only on one day per week. They asked me to reschedule for an appointment that was after another month. I took a day oof from work and drove my kids to the clinic to get this. This place needs to be more organized than this.

I would give zero stars if I could. I scheduled a cleaning appointment with Snodgrass King Dental Associates months in advance, only to have them cancel on me the same day because their hygienist was “out sick.” Apparently, they only have one hygienist, which already seems unprofessional for a dental office of their size. I gave them another chance and rescheduled, waiting an entire month for my next appointment. Today I showed up for that appointment, only to be told on the spot—without any prior call, text, or notification—that they had to cancel again because their compressor was broken. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. Two cancellations in a row, both at the last minute, shows a complete lack of respect for their patients’ time and no sense of professionalism. Communication is non-existent, and reliability is clearly not a priority here. I will not be returning and will be finding a new dentist who values their patients and can provide consistent, dependable care. If you’re looking for reliability and professionalism, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I have been seeing this dentist for about a year. Normally no issues until today; I left one place to go to my appointment and called to notify the staff that I’ll be running late as I’m commuting- only to be hung up on. “Sorry I can’t hear you- *click*”. I called back and advised that I thought it was rude to hang up and was given an excuse. Then I move on to inform I’m running a few minutes behind as I’m leaving one appointment to go there, and was told I was called yesterday and this morning. This is not true, as I can see my missed call logs and advise that I was never contacted yesterday or this morning. Instead of going back and forth. I advise to just please reschedule me. So now I have Monday at 2pm.. I mentioned that I needed to check my calendar. I pull over to confirm Monday is free for that time and call ends. Snodgrass Franklin needs better phone etiquette. I’ve worked in Customer Service for decades and can confidently advise that the CS here can be better. Snodgrass IS a reputable provider but people who aren’t trained well can disrupt impressions.

We had an amazing experience with a top notch dental assistant called Julie. She lit up the room with her presence making us feel welcome. Even though it was a 7 am appt she was ready to go. Love her spirit. You don’t see too many of such around anymore. Dr Felix was also very personable and my daughter had the best experience Recommend them highly
