Unbelievable, I had an appointment scheduled and was called 2 weeks before to say my dentist had left the practice and someone will get back to me to let me know whom I will see. I waited and waited and called 2 more times but no one got back to me. When i finally called the day before the appt, I was told I do not have an appt. Ever since Dr Snodgrass retired nothing has been the same. I think it is time for my family to exit.

On Thursday, I had an appointment with Dr. Smith at 9:30 a.m., but I waited for 35 minutes without being seen. After that, I asked the front desk receptionist about the delay, and she told me I needed to keep waiting. I waited an additional 10 minutes and asked again, but she gave me the same response. At that point, I was very frustrated, so I asked to cancel my appointment and left. This dental office has been very frustrating to deal with. On a previous visit, they took X-rays even though I have insurance, and later sent me a bill for them. I do not understand how they handle their patients. Because of these experiences, my family and I have decided not to return to this dental offic

I've had 2 surgeries to take my wisdom teeth out and I still have one left. I promise you these people are incompetent and need their license taken away. Sorry excuse for Dentist's. The adult side and kids side are awful. Hate them.

The dentist side of this office is a joke. The woman at the front desk is not helpful and rude. Showed up today for my kids regular dentist appointment, that I had to reschedule already, to them saying oh we sent you a text saying this appointment was canceled because we don't have enough doctors. If you sent a text I wouldn't have been there. I got all the emails confirming the appointment. Then they act like they don't want to work with you on reschedule for a third time. I will be finding a new dentist for my kids. This has no reflection on the ortho side. If it wasn't for them I'd never go back to that office. Everyone on the ortho side is amazing!!!

When your kid is in pain you schedule a dental appointment. Preferably in network. Check and check. When you get to the office you expect a friendly greeting. Not so much at Snodgrass, but that’s ok because the people in the front aren’t the ones taking the x-rays and doing the cleaning. Then you get called up and they say the doctor there doesn’t take our insurance but the other one who’s not there does take it - today’s doc won’t be credentialed with our insurance til next month but we can pay out of pocket if we want. NBD. They offer to schedule something more than a week out with the other doc (remember there’s pain involved and we already scheduled this one and went through all the steps to ensure they take our insurance). They offer to check other locations more than an hour away for an appointment today. To them this seems reasonable, but they seem to not care that when there’s school, work, and other siblings involved these aren’t exactly minor inconveniences. All of this was completely avoidable, and they knew who we use for insurance beforehand, and a little communication could have saved us from even committing to an appointment here. The two stars are for the cool fish in the aquarium in the waiting room.
