I use the charlotte’s web Sleep with cbd and melatonin, helps me fall asleep faster and wake up less often. The 3 CHI product comfortably numb is also great for insomnia and helps reduce the frequency of menopausal night sweats. I recommend you read all instructions. The first gummy I ever took was the savage edition and I took a whole one instead of starting with 1/4 or less. I must suggest a nibble is plenty. I lost 2 days at a festival, not sure what bands I saw and didn’t see . I now know that weed shakes are violent and disturbing and you will think you have weed onset Parkinson’s disease, but you don’t. You will come to realize that you are entirely made of cytoplasm and could possibly melt at any moment, be still, drink plenty of water and eat something. It will pass. So read those directions, be careful and keep it loose.
