They were able to get me in right away to look at it and helped me figure out next steps. I was anxious to go in that day, but from the moment I walked through the door, I felt completely taken care of by everyone there, starting with Shelley at the front desk. Everyone who helped me (multiple different staff members over the last couple months) was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. Dr. Zeh has been amazing; she’s super personable, and I had complete trust in everything she said and did to take care of me. I’m so grateful to everyone there and will be continuing to go there for future 6 month cleanings! Highly recommend!
- LTLydia TapiaJan 6, 20265.0For my whole life I have hated the dentist, but since visiting Franklin Family Dental and Dr. Zeh, my view of the dentist has completely changed! Dr. Zeh is wonderful, she prioritized my comfort and needs, asking often how the treatment was feeling and if she could do anything to help make me more comfortable. She has the latest technology in her office and took the time to point out things on my x-rays and explain issues, unlike other dentist who simply told me to floss more and sent me on my way. I'm a big coffee drinker so my teeth definitely had some stains but I left with the whitest teeth I've ever had! Also I had my two young kids with me during the visit and I was so worried they were going to bother Dr. Zeh and the staff, but Dr. Zeh and her team went above and beyond to help me get the treatment I needed even with my kids there. They entertained my kids, gave them all the free tooth brushes and toothpaste, gave them a tour of the office, invited them to take a look at what they were doing "with mommy's teeth." It was an all around wonderful experience, if you're looking for a dentist in the Franklin (or beyond) area, then stop your searching and go to Franklin Family Dental, you won't regret it!!
