But the front desk girl should not be at the front desk, rude, lacking customer service skills. pointing to a kiosk to check in without even saying hi welcome or anything pleasant. a computer doesn’t replace a warm welcome by a human and asking for help was clearly a bother to her. Hygienists have always been amazing with my kids so the place in general is good but some training needed for front desk staff it seems.
