We speak Spanish, English, and do American Sign Language while providing masters level or above services, utilizing an eclectic/integrative approach for each of our clients. With empathy and the ability to diversify-while assisting clients ages 4-100, individually, in classes or groups, and as we work with couples; regarding behavioral issues, marriage and family issues, substance abuse issues, as well as, mental and emotional health issues. Clients with domestic violence issues, trauma, or who are in crisis will find that we will empathize as we help each to find guidance and healing; and with our educational classes/therapy. Each Counselor has a story that aids him or her to be able to have insight while excluding judgment while we come alongside out clients. We work with the Military and Civilian populations with the most updated treatment modalities.
We are in networks with many insurances, EAP's and have a sliding scale.

- FDFly DragonFeb 11, 20265.0Hi my name is Anna and I have been a client for over one year with Glyndora as my therapist at Heal and Hope Counseling. What I like about Glyndora is that she helps me with my personal challenges . She makes me feel comfortable and is not judgmental. Heal and Hope provides a safe place for me to not only express my feelings, but it is truly a place of healing. They use different type of therapies depending on what ever situation you are going through. In the past I have have used different therapist with little or no success, but Glyndora has consistently help me get to a better place on an emotional and mental level. Words cant express how grateful I am to for Heal and Hope Counseling and have Glyndora as my therapist.
- CWCorey WilliamsJul 17, 20251.0This is a very bad place… me and my gf went in for some counseling… (never told them it was marriage counseling) bc we’re not married… they told us it would be 100 for both of us and that we could come in together so we didn’t have to be charged a separate fee….. So when I left that day, they hassled me for three solid days….. And then when I told them I wasn’t coming back because they hassle me then she proceeds to send me this message I told you it was a 25% discount for marriage. I told you our price was 100 for the intake but it would be 75 with the discount, You gave me yours and her name as Calfee and then when she came in and filled out the paperwork she told us a different name which lead us to believe that you aren't married and therefore the discount is not offered. Leaving a google review is 100% your choice but please know that we have our records as well.……. I never told her we were married or that I needed marriage counseling….. please steer clear of this place. They will take your money. Won’t ever be back and I’ll let all my friends and family know……… as you can see the owners response……. But it’s CLEARLY WRONG…… I never ever said we were married….. they are trying to get extra money….
