  Glyndora was extremely helpful with an issue I was having. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend Glyndora. A true blessing and so thankful.

  This is a very bad place… me and my gf went in for some counseling… (never told them it was marriage counseling) bc we’re not married… they told us it would be 100 for both of us and that we could come in together so we didn’t have to be charged a separate fee….. So when I left that day, they hassled me for three solid days….. And then when I told them I wasn’t coming back because they hassle me then she proceeds to send me this message I told you it was a 25% discount for marriage. I told you our price was 100 for the intake but it would be 75 with the discount, You gave me yours and her name as Calfee and then when she came in and filled out the paperwork she told us a different name which lead us to believe that you aren't married and therefore the discount is not offered. Leaving a google review is 100% your choice but please know that we have our records as well.……. I never told her we were married or that I needed marriage counseling….. please steer clear of this place. They will take your money. Won’t ever be back and I’ll let all my friends and family know……… as you can see the owners response……. But it’s CLEARLY WRONG…… I never ever said we were married….. they are trying to get extra money….

  If you want real help hit your knees and talk to God don't waste your money on Sierra that was by far the most inexperienced person i have ever sat in front of you think you can help a marriage you ain't never been married girl your 26 and just graduated college... Please don't put yourself in situations like this if you truly wanna help someone... Would not recommend this office at all. I had an 11 o’clock appointment that when I arrived at 11 am the lady could not find my appointment. I took a half day of work to show up to not even be in the system? They asked me to come back at 4pm. Ok so now you want me to take a full day off from work. I asked the lady if she was gonna pay me for me missing work or do I get the appointment for free. She’s said I’m sorry sir that’s not the way it works… oh so you mean you get to not only screw up my half day but now my full day of work. Lol The staff was also so horrible and rude one girl slammed the phone so hard while hanging up on me I’m pretty sure the phone broke. Not to mention the assumptions and pre judgement they have in their hearts they asked my wife if she was ok like I was beating her. News flash little people I’m super tall and super big. I have zero to prove to anyone in fact I’m probably the most trust worthy person you will ever meet. You work for a counseling firm yet let fear control you. Lol and you think yall can help me lmfao you can’t even be comfortable in the same room with me. Also was double charged for one marriage counseling session... Enter at your own risk. Update… called back in to speak with the owner. Horrible decision on my part. I shared the entire story including asking Cierra if she had walked through any personal trauma or dramatic event or ptsd or anything like that and then the owner assumed I had ptsd and committed to destroy me verbally with what she deemed as my issues which could not be further from actual I was merely trying to understand if Cierra was capable and the owner used that portion of the story to not only point out every single flaw in myself but also became verbally abusive with stabs at my person and over talking me consistently when I would respond. Well I can honestly say I now understand why the office staff can act the way they do cause the owner even hung up on me the second I pointed out what she was doing in the conversation. My single star and enter at your own risk stands. And now all of a sudden they wont refund our double charge... How convenient... Enter at your Own Risk you have been Warned!!!!
