- DMd mNov 5, 20251.0Once again this office has failed to take care of my son properly. The dentist and most of the staff are very nice. However, today a staff member hit my son's hand because she didn't bother to explain to my autistic son what she was doing and she scared him. He raised his hands to block/defend himself and she hit him. The office managers response to the situation was good luck finding a office somewhere else. She said my husband used foul language when he got upset because she hit him and now they cancelled our future appointments. If this is how you treat families with special needs then you shouldn't be accepting these kind of patients. Shame on you!!

- JJJenniferOct 28, 20251.00 STARS We used to go here but because on an exam visit they stated 2 teeth needed taken out & the next visit the tech explained they would be removing 4 teeth & I told her that was wrong & she argued with me so the dentist had to recheck & confirm only 2 were to be removed not just the initial wait but I’ve never been to a dentist where a patient is on has an hour & half waiting on the dentist. Switched Dentist & can make it to Ooltewah & have treatment & back home in 30 minutes. 2 years later decided to return, cleanings, next visit was for sealant & supposedly cavity fillings on 2nd child but yet Orthopedic said he didn’t see any cavities, waited for an hour not only that 5 patients came in AFTER us & were taken back ahead of us. Also one child has diabetes so his numbers dictate everything & his schedule for meals with no consideration They evidently need an office manager that can straighten this office out, IT DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT TAKE AN HOUR-2 JUST TO BE SEEN & ANOTHER 2 waiting for & treatment. & whatever is going on at this office at cleanings, waiting on Dentist to come in, techs talking back & forth to each other asking, where he is & what is he doing, where did he go? You have to be absolutely desperate to go here very unprofessional & unnecessary wait times, You don’t wait this long taking a DOG to the vet

Thank you for getting us in so quick and taking such great care of him . They are always so nice and do a wonderful job .
