My wife had the absolute displeasure of being a patient here for approximately the last year. The amount of PA delays, testing delays, and outright ignorance as it pertains to quick quality care is at a level never before seen in any doctor that we have went to across the US and Canada as we move frequently due to work. The latest debacle came at the hands of my wife attempting to obtain a copy of her records via email as she has switched doctors and needed/wanted a copy for herself. Multiple employees of this office tried to refuse to provide that email stating that it was illegal, and a violation of HIPAA laws. This, despite the fact that places such as Vanderbilt, TOA, and Tennova all released a copy via email without issue or delay. I would strongly advise the owners and management of this office to acquire staff that are capable/knowledgeable of the laws, as it took quoting the government’s stance on releasing records and the threat of my attorney getting involved for that email to come. Neither of which should have been a necessity. I strongly advise anyone and everyone of going here if you enjoy - vital testing being delayed, PA’s constantly being delayed, leading to either higher than needed costs for medicines or the inability to fill them at all, medical records and requests attempting to be withheld, being lied to, being ignored, and dealing with folks that have no clue about laws, how to properly care for their patients, or how to look and act professional. If this sounds like a great time, then please come on down where you’ll find negative levels of Compassion or Care. Otherwise? Run, don’t walk, to literally any other doctor even if it’s Kenny on Boot Hill with his push up regiment and fireball throwing techniques. As surely that’ll provide better treatment than anything this incompetent bunch can hope to.

The doctors and staff here are doing less than the bare minimum for their patients, from diagnosing to labwork to referrals, nothing was a good experience. Please don't waste your time, money, and energy going here - there is much better care out there.
