I had a spinal fusion performed by Dr. Vaughn, in 2015,(C5,6&7 vertebrae). I was very nervous about someone working on my spine, especially, because I am a black man in the South and normally people like me receive subpar healthcare. But my fears were unfounded when it came to Dr. Vaughn. He listened to my concerns and laid out my course of treatment. I read reviews before I chose him for treatment, and several patients had described him as being arrogant. They are why I chose him, because where they saw arrogance I saw confidence. I would like to thank him for his unwavering commitment to excellence, and professionalism, and for treating me with the dignity and respect that I deserved. This was one of the worst periods in my life but through his efforts, I was able to see better days ahead. Thanks, Dr. Vaughn!

Rude staff. Had an appointment set for a week and the day before they refused to see me. Said it was workers comp related (which my injury was not). They refused to hear me out, even hung up. When I called back, the “nurse manager” told me she they are refusing to see me and hung up. They were all about it when they thought it was workers comp related.
