I had lots of questions as to how to provide that for her, and Korey was very courteous, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, even working with Hospice to facilitate getting the needed information to Medicare, right away. Her bed was delivered a few days later, when promised, and Korey called to confirm the delivery since I was unable to be present. Thank you!
