- MMMary Mundis4 days ago5.0If I could give 100 stars I would! They got me in the same day for a filling issues I was having. I was not a current patient but now I won’t go anywhere else. Dr. Ethan fixed my issue and also noticed I had a couple other things going on and fixed those as well. I’m so grateful they were able to see me so quickly. The anesthetic was painless, honestly the best dental experience I ever had. Everyone from the front desk to Anna the assistant was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The office was spotless. I’m going back for a cleaning and exam next week. Thank you so much Prima Dental!

- BSBreeAnn SparksOct 23, 20255.0I had a back molar chip on a Monday, they were able to get me in on Tuesday and I had my root canal there on Wednesday. Dr. Ricky was so knowledgeable and very welcoming and kind when I first came in and he looked at me. All the dental hygienists were was so so so nice, and so knowledgeable as well. There was a chance I wasn't gonna need a root canal, but they thought ahead and booked the time in case I did. Dr. John Ho who handled my procedure stopped after taking my old filling out and fully explained what happened and what will need to be done. He kept me informed and talked me through everything he was doing and made sure I was okay through out the root canal. What I loved was that I did not feel that I was being pressured into anything, even in the slightest because of the detailed reasonings given behind it. And they don't gauge you with prices or take advantage of you either. Which was a big thing for me going to the dentist. The added plus was that the chairs were super comfortable and I was able to watch Netflix while they were doing my root canal . which an added bonus to keep my mind busy for a few hours. Dr. Ethan is also super awesome ,and so kind as well. He came out and talked to me after to make sure everything went well. You can feel the connection they have with their patients here, and that we aren't just a file number in their system. I super look forward to go back and get my crown and continue to be a patient with them :)
