    Planet Fitness in Chattanooga is a great option if you want a clean, accessible gym that makes it easy to stay consistent. There’s a wide range of strength machines, free weights, and cardio equipment, and I rarely have to wait long, even during busier times. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the membership perks like the hydromassage chairs are a nice bonus. It’s a comfortable place to show up, put in the work, and leave feeling good about your progress.

    Dear Regional Director, Instead of the manager (Jacob) referring me to you or a regional manager, he insisted on a power struggle today instead and continued to argue with me non stop on the phone and proceeded to prove his education and accomplishments were equal to or superior to mine, and I told him I was a successful professional currently a graduate student getting my Masters so it wasn't about the money and that I'm helping my grandad who has dementia and that I decided to wait and not relocate to Chattanooga so that I can spend Christmas with my family this year since this is my last Christmas with him probably. That was the reason for my cancellation. I went to UTC for my Bachelor's and have friends in Chatt. I even paid for 1 month of the black card membership and cancelled the membership on September 28th-30th before the annual fee due date on October 1st. I never even used the memebership at all and I'm not requesting any refund. I paid for 1 month willingly. I blocked Planet Fitness from drafting the annual payment already and called to request it be officially waived. To be clear, I don't need a refund, I'm asking for the overdue payment to be removed from my account. I have a lot going on with family circumstances right now and therefore I missed the cancel by 9.25 note and would have done that if I wasn't navigating these extenuating circumstances caring for a grandparent who has dementia. Jacob was beyond rude, he was insensitive, dismissive, condescending and every time I responded to his dismissive comments and him stereotyping me, he claimed I was "talking over him." No, he just wouldn't let me talk and wouldn't listen as if I didn't have the right to speak as a woman?? The deal breaker was I asked for no further contact with him and to speak to the regional manager only. He then still sent me an email with intimidating language that said "I spoke to the regional director and forwarded the emails." and tried to manipulatively make me look like the problem, when I clearly can show my emails prior to his asking for no further contact and that I would be happy to and prefer to speak to the regional manager from here on only. Sir, I have the right to stand up to harassment and sexism and he clearly ignored my request to have no further contact and instead speak to his manager. I find his behavior concerning and he clearly doesn't care about Planet Fitness customers. I already paid $25.50 for my first month and cancelled after that since I'm not relocating. Jacob's behavior was demeaning and beyond disrespectful and so unnecessary. He could have referred me to higher management from the start but he insisted on arguing with a customer. All individuals deserve respect & dignity, not interested in arguing or power struggles. In my 2 short emails before his, I asked to not be contacted again or to speak with him again and that I would speak to the regional manager instead. I have not paid the annual fee since I cancelled *before* October 1st and I asked for an exception on the 9.25 deadline since it was still before 10.1. I asked for him to waive the $49 payment due on my account due to family circumstances and extenuating ones. Instead he argued with me and went in circles and refused to help me or refer me to someone who could help resolve it since he couldn't he said. His aim wasn't to help me get to the right person, his aim was to fight with a woman on the phone and prove himself without listening or helping. Then he hung up on me and was trying to harass me and intimidate me over email as a woman. For that reason, I am now most definitely requesting the $49 be waived for sure. I refuse to pay for harassment, intimidation, wasting my time during a busy work day, and mistreating me. I am a busy working professional, a graduate student making straight A's in school pursuing my Masters in Digital Marketing, working on my 3rd business startup and also supporting my family and granddad who is battling dementia.     I frequent this gym when I am in town from Dallas TX for work. I like that its accessible 24 hours during the week.As an early riser its convenient for me to get in and out of given its in a well lit area and not far from the parking lot. I love the variety of the weight equipment especially the power rack. Its also a short 5 minute drive from my hotel.making it easy to quickly get in and out of.

    "🌟 Other gyms might count your days, but the new Planet Fitness is on a whole different level! 🤯 They've upgraded their facilities with top-notch equipment, including some serious bodybuilder-focused gear. 🏋️‍♂️ But what really sets the Planet Fitness in Chattanooga, Tennessee apart is the experience.
