Things started off great and then after a few visits we started to recognize some issues-nothing life threatening- just irksome. We waited for longer and longer to be seen at each appt (45min to an hour); sharp wires sticking out after 2-3 appts and the hygienist (s) not being able to clip it; no clear timeline for treatment completion or clarity about specific goals to get us there. The office staff are friendly and the doctor was willing to work with us when we pushed for the braces to come off, but we’ll be relieved to be done at this office in a few weeks and will be taking our other daughter to a different orthodontist in the area.
