My daughter was seeking an orthodontist to complete her treatment after we moved to the area. Things started off great and then after a few visits we started to recognize some issues-nothing life threatening- just irksome. We waited for longer and longer to be seen at each appt (45min to an hour); sharp wires sticking out after 2-3 appts and the hygienist (s) not being able to clip it; no clear timeline for treatment completion or clarity about specific goals to get us there. The office staff are friendly and the doctor was willing to work with us when we pushed for the braces to come off, but we’ll be relieved to be done at this office in a few weeks and will be taking our other daughter to a different orthodontist in the area.

The facility was very nice and helped me with being more comfortable with myself. I highly recommend coming here for yourself or other around you!! I came in to get a consultation and got braces in the same day!!

Frequently Asked Questions About Greater Chattanooga Orthodontics

How much will my first orthodontic treatment cost?

As a courtesy to you and your family, the initial consultation is complimentary. Each patient will receive records, X-rays, a smile scan, and an exam with Dr. Aldridge during the first visit. From there, Dr. Aldridge will create a custom treatment plan for you, and the Treatment Coordinator will discuss payment.

At what age do you start seeing patients?

As a rule of thumb, we like to evaluate young patients after the 6-year molars erupt and the front permanent teeth just start to appear. This is usually between the ages of 6 and 8. The American Association of Orthodontics recommends that all children be seen for the first time by age 7.
