- JTJohn TurnerNov 11, 20251.0Run from this place if you can. I was there for over two hours for a dot physical. First thing out of Dr. Cihlar mouth when he entered room was sleep study. It’s funny in 14 years not one dot Dr. or my own physician never mentioned it. Now I have to go through all the hassle of doing a sleep study because of idiocy.

My DL clearly says that I wear glasses and the person that did my physical messed up by not putting on my application. Now the DOT does not match with what’s on my DL. They can’t help me bc it’s being more than 45 days and the person that did it does not work anymore. What a waste of time. Never again

- MMmarkDec 13, 20242.0Had a pre employment DOT physical done, called the next day and told due to an email "oversight" all physicals done within the last 2 days were void due to not being able to be uploaded. Instead of correcting the paperwork and reissue a valid one. I'm expected to end an out of town trip early to return to the office and complete the ENTIRE physical exam over again when the paperwork could simply be corrected. In the process has pushed my start date back, leaving not only myself but my employer very unhappy over this situation. I've been getting DOT physicals for 19 years and first time a medical facility has screwed one up.
